Digs bristol

Our daughter rented a flat with digs during her 2nd year at university. I have always found digs courteous and accommodating whenever I have had to contact them. They worked with efficiency and speed when her key was lost, and easily and cheaply provided her with a replacement. The team work hard and do their very best at all times. Many thanks for an easy first ever rental year. You were amazing!

All staff were a great help.Made the whole process easy from start to finish when finding my daughter's accommodation. The property managers are also happy to help! Would recommend to any students or young professionals looking to rent in The Bristol area.

I cannot rate the woman who dealt with our student flat highly enough. Iona was always polite and extremely understanding. All the rooms were let out separately and so we had some problems with one of the occupancts and I’m just pleased Iona was the one who helped so much. The company overall seemed good, I would recommend, but might not recommend going for a flat where you don’t know the other people. Usually all is fine, but it’s been a bit of a mad year. Thank you to everyone for their professionalism and support in that though, especially Iona. Beth

As a current tenant, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the reservation process was. I am thankful to the staff for that... they are very friendly and focused on meeting your needs. I am most thankful for their patience with me (much needed!) and resilience. Highly recommended!

I rented a flat using Digs whilst at Uni in Bristol. I was moving from Manchester and for me at the time it was a pretty daunting experience. I contacted Digs after doing some research with friends/family/internet and they were so helpful and reassuring from the get go. During the time I was with them they really looked after me and helped me with any issues/queries I had within a timely manner.The reservation/joining process was painless and really quick and easy with no complications. The location of the property was great and any issues I had were resolved really quickly and efficiently. All the staff at digs are really approachable and always happy to help (big thing for me with me moving away from home on my own) Special mention to Iona in particular who was my main point of contact during my stay. She was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend using Digs if you are planning on moving to Bristol. (Which may i add was one of the best decisions I have made in my lifetime up to this point :) Thanks once again all Adam
