Rich at Savills has been an excellent agent to deal with, as have all the staff at the Clifton office. My purchase wasn't the easiest to complete but we got there with Rich's guidance and experience. I would highly recommend him and the team for professional and honourable representation.

Richard Brooks and the Savills Clifton team gave excellent service throughout our sale in BS9. The valuation assessment was spot on and we agreed a sale within 72 hours of market launch after an immediate series of viewings. The follow up sale process management was also excellent in spite of the ever increasing burden that seems to be called for in the legal conveyancing procedure. Overall we could not have been happier with the advice and support we received through Savills and are delighted that we were successful in the sale of our former home.

Despite some initial difficulties at the commencement of the previous tenancy which were resolved satisfactorily, I find the Clifton team, especially Jane ,very good to deal with. The only criticism of Savills that I have is of the central administration teams based in Richmond. I don't know whether there are resource issues but I have consistently found that individuals I have needed to speak to to speak to unavailable and ultimately very slow to respond to messages that I have left.

We bought a property in Hambrook through Savills. David and the team were exceptionally helpful with spending time with us and getting us access whilst the process went through so we could start doing what we needed to do. David is very professional and extremely kind. I recommend them to anyone.

From a buyers perspective, Savills were very professional, friendly and approachable. The buying process was smooth and stress-free.
