I bought my house through Taylors in Bedminster and I'm grateful for their professionalism throughout. I had never been in a chain before and there was a lot I didn't know about the process. Lee was brilliant throughout. He was reassuring and calm throughout. I most appreciated that he kept me informed. If I called when he was out of the office he called me back as soon as he could. He replied to emails and kept the seller up to date with the chain situation. If I ever move again Taylors would be the first place I would go to. They really benefit from an experienced estate agent like Lee who has been in the business for a long while and knows his trade.

I recently needed to relocate from London to Bristol. I was fortunate enough to meet Victoria at Taylors on North Street, who was by far the most friendly and helpful estate agent I’ve ever met. She kept me updated regularly across my search and took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for, before matching us to a property she had in-mind. In comparison to other local lettings agencies, Victoria’s approach to customer care is literally worlds apart. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit Victoria and her team again in the future. 10/10
