Ordered a cake for my sons's 18th birthday. It looked amazing, we just wanted jam no buttercream inside, it had an amazing flavour, and the sponge was light and moist, the golf theme was great. Thank you Occasion cakes, we will be returninng.

My very simple wedding cake was a monstrosity. The only saving grace was my florist did her best to hide the worst of it. The cake was wonky, the beading was uneven and not enough icing was used to cover the cakes. I wasn’t warned there was going to be an issue with my cake because of the business closing due to COVID (which I appreciate is is affecting a lot of businesses). If I had been I would have had 2 days to just go to a shop and buy 3 white cakes for my florist to decorate. I have been offered and accepted some monetary compensation but this by no means makes up for mine and my husbands obvious embarrassment and disappointment on our special day.

I recently had two cake's made one for my son's birhday and one for retirement cake both were amazing....the staff are sooo helpful...the cakes were super tasty and decorated beautifully...I am now dropping hints to my family about my birthday cake🤣🤣🤣...
