I went into this busy branch as I wanted to transfer some funds from various accounts. Tom was really helpful with completing my transactions, ensuring I had all the up to date balances and helping me download and set up the banking app so that I can manage my accounts from home. His manner was polite and professional and I rate the service he provided as excellent. Thanks
I work in all Barclays Branches. This one is very busy and usually understaffed. My advice is make an appointment or try to use their banking machines to perform any transactions.. Although most enquiries can be dealt with through the online banking facility.
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
Always long queues most of time staffs are sleeping in the counter they are new staff very slow last time i went with 5000 for deposit take me 20 minits on the counter.

They invest their customers money in fossil fuels, which are destroying the climate. Totally irresponsible
Closed Clifton branch now they have big ques at the only branch in the area in westbury. Business customers have cash to deposit which can't be done online :(
I had a two appointments and the lady I talked to was very polite and nice. She fixed my account problem fast so I'm satisfied with the service.
Not the fault of the staff here but the Barclays management who put profit over our children's futures. Barclays are the biggest funders of fossil fuels in Europe. Just as they funded the apartheid regime in S.Africa they are now funding climate and biodiversity destruction - a major reason for switching your account to a more ethical bank.
