Costa Coffee bristol

Good service, friendly staff. It gets quite busy but the staff are good at serving you as quickly as they can. The place is kept clean and the staff are helpful, with assisting you to your seat if you need that.

Fantastic during opening. Less good at the end of a busy day due to packing down. Friendly staff, helpful and polite also. Environmental footprint strategies including metal straws for sale.

Popped in here this morning as for once the bus was early. Had a gorgeous flat white with the specialist roast coffee, it kept the leaf shape right to the botton of the cup and was well worth the extra 25 pence. Tables were very clean and music not too loud creating the right atmosphere.

I like Costa myself but I do find it a little expensive. The food is good I've never had any problems concerning costa's food I tend not to buy food due to prices for me it's over the top. For the smaller things like cakes and biscuits and sandwiches. Costa do have wheelchair access. And the cafe is clean. I have noticed that alot of people like Costa I always find there is long queues. It is a popular place.

No matter where in the country whenever you enter a Costa you experience is virtually guaranteed It's always clean and the coffee is of consistent quality

Have visited this costa many times and have never once had a bad experience. However my most recent visit I went there for a solid study session and treated myself to a large drink to get me through it. The staff were so polite and I spent nearly three hours there ! Best costa in Bristol city centre !

Great place! The staff is nice and friendly and moves fast. Tasty hot chocolate, haven't had their other drinks.

Costa Coffee. It's the same everywhere. Which is its selling point. The staff here were very friendly. Side note: The toilets are locked with a key code. They print the code on your receipt but don't just pop in to use their loo because you won't be able to.

I have been there twice and had unpleasant experience on both occasions when we were told that they are about to close in 10 minutes, though its OK for us to sit in. Then later were abruptly asked to leave carrying our coffee and food with us. I'm not sure if I'll want to visit a third time.
