Friendly staff and not bad on short hire for price

Absolutely useless. Tried to give my partner a rental car with no petrol and 2 bald tyres after enterprise Heathrow refused to accept that there was a problem with his previous cars brakes. AA were called out and told us that the master cylinder had stopped working. Manager did absolutely nothing, just sat in his office playing games or checking Facebook on his phone. Have had to leave with 2 bald tyres to find our own tyre centre to replace the tyres. All in all the entire Enterprise business have been totally useless and quite frankly dangerous in the state they have left their cars in.

Useless call on phone and get told 1 thing, then arrive and get told they cant provide.

Was told I'd wait 90 minutes for roadside assistance with a tyre. After 2 hours phoned up to find out the job had been cancelled as no 3rd party providers with correct tyre. No one had contacted me to tell me! Another company despatched with another 90 minute wait. Sat alone on a back road in central bristol in the dark. Appalling unsafe service!

Only dropped off a van there , so i cant say anymore than that
