Made an order in Iceland on Sunday to be delivered on Monday. Order never arrived, I made 25 phone c

Made an order in Iceland on Sunday to be delivered on Monday. Order never arrived, I made 25 phone calls to re arrange. Was given 2 different times of delivery. Had the delivery today, frozen goods not frozen. Made a phone call to Iceland in Southmead, Supervisor said "well you have your delivery now" not what you expect to have been said to you. Shame on you Iceland, last time I shop with you.
