Nice walk along the Bristol channel sea defences. Get it all. Nature, motorway, heavy industry, shipping and much more. Varied and interesting scenery what's not to like.

3/ 5

Wild as nature intended, good for running well behaved dogs and children, some element of danger. Open views of the Avon and M5 bridge and as far as Wales. Too late for blackberries but the sloes are good! Good walking /cycling and reasonable disabled access along the cycle path and over the M5 to Shirehampton or under the bridge to Portishead. No amenities or refreshments so stock up in Pill but, please, don't leave litter behind.
