Service is APPALLING. Average wait is about half an hour and some of the staff have a serious attitude problem (Nicky - female) and are downright rude! They need a manager who will demand more staff from Lloyds Pharmacy head office. Unfortunately I have to go there every week for my cancer medication.

Terrible customer service. Let you book flu jabs online and cancel it without any notice and pretend you are at fault when you turn up from the other side of town. Then when you point out that you have called only two hours earlier to discuss the appointment and they didn't mention the cancellation, they have the nerve to tell you you are at the wrong pharmacy and that you have called a different branch despite calling the correct number. Not even an apology. Absolutely a useless bunch.

Don't bother with this pharmacy for your prescriptions. Seems like that don't want any customers anymore. Very poor service. Been asked to come back 3 days in a row for my prescription to still be told that its not in stock and to come back. Would take my prescription elsewhere but it was sent over online by the surgery. VERY ANNOYING. Rather p****d off with them to be honest

so my mom went to go and pick up her medication and the pharmacy told her it is nothing here she have to go back to her daughters for diabetes injections now I've been looking at the reviews on the web page is some good brefus and some bad reviews I'm really concerned about this Lloyds pharmacy in southmead's the behaviour on staff is appalling with attitudes against these customers I'm really concerned I think it should be an investigation done on his own pharmacy they pulling people away especially if they run out of medication off they saying they haven't got it I said I think I should be in luck very carefully how they saying stuff to the customers is people worried about their meds for this pharmacy my concern is are they neglecting their jobs what they supposed to be rolling for to take care of the health and the sickness and to make sure they get their medication this pharmacy is now starting to go reputation for worst behaviour bad customer service not good with the phone can sleep busy off getting people to hang up I think any chest needs to look at Lloyds pharmacy with the services going on there for one my mom was refused her medication today what time can seemingly calling the local authorities against him because I feels in treatment we have tried calling them but skuse's have been made I'm seriously calling out Lloyds pharmacy in Bristol or southmead to have an investigation done on the way the staff is treating their customers on the way how they Wick with the customers and how to keep them alive but they medication every pharmacy must have emergency medication Topper but also unaware how important these medication they are they keep putting people's life on the line it's getting seriously generous with this pharmacy if I don't have the reply from this review what they gonna do this will make national news due to the fact or they refuse I'm not helping the sickness people who need staments it's more on just one person is always a problem with Lloyds pharmacy

Poor service for more than three occasions. We have now requested our GP to change the pharmacy to another one. My wife went to collect the prescription for me today and she waited for a long time, as the door kept closed due to covid restrictions. None of the staff bothered to come out and check. Finally she had to shout to get some attention from the staff and they said that the pharmacist has not turned up for today and that's why they are not opening the door. No one bothered to inform the customers who were standing outside in the cold.Poor customer service. There was another incident 2 weeks ago - one of my prescription that was sent to this pharmacy .They kept it for two weeks and finally said they do not have the stock. No one bothered to let us know there was a stock issue. We gave the same prescription to the pharmacy next door to this and received the meds the very next day.
