Town centre location next to large car park and main bus stops Easy access for all. Large shop so good selection. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Handy store, but as this is a small store you won't have the choice of stock that you get in larger Boots

What you would expect from Boots store

Boots has helpful staff and keeps goods for collection with click and collect on line. Which save paying postage rates. I have lots of boots points on my card which I can spend at Christmas. I am often tempted by their offers in shop such as 3 for 2 and I had my flu jab there last year. So very comprehensive and intetesting shopping experience

Horrible service in this place. Made me go there twice cause they couldn't find the prescription that was sent by surgery. Pharmacist clearly doesn't wanna be there nor did it feel like she cared about customers well-being. Ended up having prescription sent to s different place. First try and was happy. Just horrible.

Very quick and safe

There's a member of staff here whose telephone manner is simply subpar. I think the management would find it in their interests to check this. It can't be that hard for an adult woman to maintain a polite tone of voice.

Friendly staff. Advice given on prescription that the doctor didn't tell me. Always feel safe and comfortable.
