Always very friendly and helpful. I always go first to a pharmacist there for advice instead of a doctor as they are so knowledgeable. They have been a real help for me, my husband and daughter with their advice and suggested medication. Mrs Dawn Jones.

Very convenient long opening hours and very helpful staff. I collect a prescription of multiple items every 2 months and they're always correct and ready when I go to collect. Best pharmacy in the area by a mile.

Open long hours yes, but often no pharmacist available, especially around bank holidays and/or bad weather, so no prescriptions can be handed out. Often get prescriptions wrong.. ie Medication not available, wrong medication dispensed, wrong amount given etc. This is largely because there is no regular pharmacist, and so no one takes responsibility for delivering a decent service.

Can be busy but great advice. Also open long hours.

Great pharmacy,very friendly and helpful. Home delivery possible. Always treat me well and respectful. Can't fault the pharmacy and all who work there.

Friendly staff, does what a good Pharmacy needs to do. Always useful to ring ahead and see if a prescription is in. During the Pandemic there were obviously long, large queues. This has gotten better since, and now that they've expanded their hours a little there are more convenient times to go. If you turn up at 18:00 on a Friday evening then you should be expecting queues to be honest.

Despite showing online, that they are less busy than usual, 6 attempts at phoning , when the tone could beheard, no answer despite long waiting spells.

Organisation not good, not please to see notes attached to prescription telling people to book flu jabs through them when doctors surgery needs the funding and the public suport, after surgeys like brockway have worked so hard to get people protected in the pandemic. Use your doctors for flu jabs now taking bookings, look after you local doctors.

Never stock my repeat prescription despite it being reissued regular as clockwork. Opening hours are now slashed both weekdays and closed weekends. Such a shame the best pharmacy has become the worst one simply by change of ownership.
