Was given powerful sleeping pills twice without an information leaflet (only included upon my request) and the name of the patient was not marked clearly on the box : either a change of the labelling system that some may find confusing or negligence. The pharmacist seemed to have no understanding of the dangers of anti-psychotics , implying I may not be eligible for my repeat prescription . Reluctantly I was told that the new owners of the pharmacy are Hobbs .

I’ve used this pharmacy for AED subscriptions for over 2 years and not experienced problems. It was only yesterday that I agreed to a new medication plan with my GP and the pharmacy delivered the meds to my home address without me even asking on the very same day!

The oharmacy seems to have no duty of care to its patients. A case where the Chemist orders a new prescription, due to an error, from the surgery upstairs. This was due to be delivered in over a weeks time to the patient. A week llater when the patient telephones to say his prescription had not arrived the Chemist ssys that it has not been sent by the surgery. He went on to say It is not our responsibility to chase up these issues. Improved customercare and greater efficiency would go a long way to improving this Pharmacy.
