Pharmacist was incredibly rude. They did not contact me to tell me my prescription could not be fulfilled by them, and I ran out of my incredibly vital medication as I had trusted that after putting a request in in November it would be ready by December. My medication needs to be taken every day and all they told me to do was walk the 45 minutes back to my doctor - I did so and I could not get an emergency appointment. Do NOT go to this pharmacy if you require any form of regular, vital treatment. They were incredibly unsympathetic and did not offer any help or alternative routes I could take. If all you need is plasters and paracetamol, go here. Anything else? Avoid. Lloyd's pharmacy is just down the road and miles better.

This was my local chemist for 20 years, the muslim guy was brilliant, and very professional, he moved on and a Lovely east european lady took over, she was also very good, never forgot anything and always remembered my name, and never let me down with my regular Meds, they also moved on, the lasted occupants are not good, one of the staff in particular has personal hygiene issues, the last time i was in there she had a very bad cough, and literally coughed over me, this was just before the lockdown, i took my business away imeadiatley

Always very helpful and accommodating. Repeat Prescriptions sent through from GP. Emergency dispensary in times of genuine need. And I really can’t understand where the one star posting is coming from. Hopefully, a one off unusual situation.
