A wonderful pharmacy that really went out of their way to help me out! Due to a mix up with my prescription provider, it looked like I wasn’t going to get my prescription but one of the lovely team members Niamh managed to speak to the GP surgery and get it all sorted for me super quickly. I really appreciate the effort they took, especially as they must be under immense pressure during this difficult time! Thanks for all your hard work!

4/ 5

A great efficient pharmacy, situated right next door to Montpelier heath centre. Offers good services like ordering repeat prescriptions on your behalf so you do not have to go through the surgery. The only downside but understandable is there can be a 30 minute wait when busy.

I called multiple times from 5pm today and their phone would ring for ages before someone would hang up...repeatedly. Went in shortly after and watched a member of staff do the same whilst I was there. I also witnessed another member of staff be extremely rude to a customer who clearly had difficulty communicating in English. She did not attempt to even understand his request. However busy the pharmacy is, phones should be answered and customers should not be spoken to with such disrespect.

Went to the pharmacy a week ago to put in my prescription. Had to queue for half an hour to reach the desk. Put in my repeat prescription and went away for the week. Planned on collecting exactly a week later, walked to the pharmacy (2 miles) only to be told that they hadn’t processed my prescription. Had to get the doctor to print out an emergency prescription, which was ready by the end of the day. Went to the pharmacy to get my prescription and was then told that they couldn’t process it until the next day... Unfortunately, I am due to be away for two weeks and today was the only day I could collect this urgent prescription. Very disappointed. I understand that the pharmacy is short staffed, but this has affected me greatly and I’ve spent my whole afternoon and evening trying to sort a mistake that wasn’t my fault 😣

Won't ever try using this appalling excuse for a pharmacy again. I got there at 6.14pm(open till 6.30) to be told was too late they weren't taking any more prescriptions in, I told them, truthfully there was no way I could come back in the morning as they suggested. Was then told they probably didn't have the required drug in stock, despite it being a very common painkiller (didn't look) and suggested I went to the pharmacy on Stokes Croft. I did, it never opens past 5.30!! Can't help wondering if they would have given me better service and not just so blatently fobbed me off so they could finish bang on time if I'd not changed out of my work uniform before I went to collect my prescription from the next door health centre...I work for Boots and I know we always work on the "If they're in the shop before we close they get attended to" principle!!
