Boots bristol

A spacious store, well stocked with medicines, supplements, beauty products, electrical goods, and the usual Boots paraphernalia! Where it lets customers down, and lets them down badly and continually is in staffing management! The staff are all good people, with no exceptions, but queueing in long queues to be served is the norm, so go in there expecting to be there a good long while. Unless you're exceptionally lucky!

Nice large store. Plenty of products available to purchase. The store is well layed out. There is three entrances available to enter the store, two which are located in The Galleries and the other is on the main street. The staff are friendly. There is even a lift available, and stairs to go from one floor to the other.

Downstairs very friendly staff and helpful near by the pharmacy sells counter and close by the beauty department. Upstairs not so friendly staff, not willing to help ,but finally did,but seem to begrudge to help.

Absolutely none on the counter for medicines waiting for over 20 minutes just to pick up some day nurse. Still second in the queue no idea when someone will be able to serve this line. Clearly no team leadership to make sure that there is enough staff in the store to serve all customers. Absolutely disgusted!

They were really helpful today.

There is a large selection of make up and perfume to choose from .

Worst pharmaceutical woman I've ever come across. Waited 20 minutes while she was on a smokers break then she wouldn't sell me Night Nurse like I'm some kind of smack head. I serve in Her Majesty's Royal Navy to protect our country and this jobs worth smoking Karen wont even provide me with the only medicine that actually works! Save your time and go to another pharmacy. Walked straight into the next pharmacy and no questions asked received the product I wished to purchase.

Good range of products always have what you want.

The assistant on the till said the item I was buying, had an offer on buy 1 get another 1/2 price he then went and got it for me
