1/ 5

Rude guy who refuses me asking for emergency prescription claiming my prescription is ready at my nominated pharmacy (even though on NHS app says it’s still waiting for GP approval which I tried to show him and explain but he just kept saying no). Also he decided to start talking in a higher tone and aggressive manner like he’s trying to lecture me. Sad person

Rude, unhelpful - made it difficult to buy straight forward medication such as antihistamines and cold-sore treatment for my over 65 in-laws who are shielding. I eventually had to leave empty handed as realised they enjoyed watching me beg for straight forward medication, I gave up in the end and got pleasantly served in a pharmacy nearby. Laura and Adiola you have yet to learn common sense, to use your discretion and perhaps mentioning intelligence is just way out of your league. Not to mention after my horrible experience with them I’ve had to go back twice in the space of three days as they messed up my own prescription. Shocking!

Nice Pharmacy Staff but you have to enter the proper store as it not on the side of the tills that customer service, kiosk, tuyou, travel money so when leaving you get looked funny trying to leave without anything unless you done a week shop also Personally I follow Sainsburys example and move the dry cleaners - easier to get to or utilise space better - Travel Money, ATMs, Dry cleaning and key cutting services and use that space for the Pharmacy. The store could be bigger but its selection a million times better than the Whitchurch Store!
