They NEVER deliver the parcels ever... I buy lots of items online, and They only seem to deliver to my address once or twice A WEEK... Ive had parcels delivered which i have ordered 5 weeks ago show up recently and many more which still havent arrived... at the moment this is ridiculous with them
Maybe don’t post closing times online as 5pm/7pm/8pm, if when you get there it says you close at 2 in the afternoon 7 days a week. Left work an hour early and litrally ran to make it to delivery office to make closing times I was told on google, just to find out I’m 5 hours late lol

Lose my parcels and letters bank statements now recently I ordered 6 years worth of bank statements and now they posted them thru the wrong door yest again not the first time and won’t be the last, they cannot be bothered to open their eyes and double check the addresses, I’ve had this issue for over 10 years now and guaranteed at least 4 items a month get posted to the house on the road at the end of my close and don’t matter how many times to put in complaints give it a short while as in weeks and it goes back to them sloppy selves,they are not careful at all, I’ve actually had people thinking I’ve lied and received my item but claim I haven’t, now this got to stop as they wouldn’t like it if someone was putting their letters and parcels to someone else’s house, and the house mine goes to they just deny it so I lose out on my money for my purchases and then they don’t replace it ?? It’s like cheers for ripping me off NOW maybe you should open themsleepiy eyes and check addresses CORRECTLY MAYBE !! UPDATE !! STILL LOSING LETTERS PARCELS AND PRIVATE LETTERS YAY GREAT FUN !!
