TERRIBLE! LEFT MY CAR IN A DANGEROUS STATE! Booked a service via AA SmartCare that sent the car to Autotech. The first time I drove it after the service, the dashboard lit up. I consulted the manual which stated do not drive the car & seek specialist help. I phoned AA SmartCare, I phoned the garage, the garage promised to send someone out to read the engine code (they wouldn't commit to when it would be fixed), on both occasions no-one from the garage showed up. I was left with an undriveable car for 4 days. Eventually I had to arrange my own independent inspection of the vehicle, the technician located the issue - cabling hadn't been done up after the oil filter was changed during the Autotech service. That was over a month ago, I never heard back from the garage, as far as they know I still have a dead car on my drive. They just don't care. The customer service is appalling, the technical competence is worrying low. I wouldn't trust them to fix a toy car
