Berwick Lodge bristol

This was our third stay. The first was in 2015 when my husband proposed. The second was in Nov 2018 and the third one was this weekend (to celebrate or wedding anniversary). Excellent customer service, the rooms are beautiful, it’s a hidden gem in Bristol. We always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to seeing you again soon

Beautiful place to stay. Stayed in the Troya room which was huge with an amazing bathroom. Food was good, grounds have lovely waterfall statues. Staff extremely friendly and had a massage done in our room. Worth staying for a special occasion

Fantastic hotel . Great staff . Nothing to much trouble my daughter had her wedding reception there on the 6th of September. And wow they looked after not just the bride and groom but every one of the guests !! Room was amazing food excellent i can' go on and on ....well done x

We had our wedding at Berwick Lodge a couple of weeks ago. It was just perfect! Staff couldn't have been more attentive and lovely and the food was delicious. Lots of positive comments from our guests and lots of people didn't even know it was there, a hidden gem! Perfect for a wedding.

I had the most beautiful memorable proposal planned here as a surprise by my new fiancé! What a fantastic location and setting. The staff were all so lovely, special thanks to Jo! They made my evening so so special, I will never forget it. I had a phenomenal dinner in the gorgeous private summer house with lovely Travis playing the piano for us. And lovely Charlie taking our photos! The suite we had was large and stunning and I enjoyed a luxurious massage treatment from their masseur. Thanks so much! I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location to chill out and the staff go out of the way to look after you. We enjoyed the two nights we stayed in this beautiful lodge, surrounded by the fantastic scenery. We would like to convey a huge thank you to all the staff who were extremely friendly, customer focused and ensured that we had a fantastic stay.

SUPERB . One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Excellent service, the room is beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was the dinner menu, very bad. but considering the treatment we received and the beauty and comfort of the place I couldn't give it less than 5 stars. Thank you so much.

This place really is a hidden gem. The staff are lovely.. They go above and beyond expectations, the rooms are stunning, the food was delicious! We have really fallen in love with the place, we married here 21/09/2021... so will definitely return ❤️💐🤵👰

We chose Berwick lodge as our wedding venue with elopement package. At first the idea sounded great, but we didn’t know what to expect if it’s only going to be two of us. Magdalena was guiding us through the process, she was very helpful, and we knew she was always there if we needed. I wasn’t stressed at all. Their supplier list helped me chose best florist and make-up&hair artist. We were pleased with absolutely everything! Room looked beautiful and romantic, food was tasty, staff was always helpful, gardens are terrific and the summer house that we used for the ceremony was so pretty. We couldn’t ask for more. I am sure that we will be back for our anniversary, and we can honestly recommend this place. Pure magic. Once again many thanks to Magdalena & team for making our big day unforgettable.
