Waitrose & Partners bristol

Good store. The produce and selection is very appealing but the staff are rude and unhelpful. We had a small problem with our scan & go station. The staff member was abrupt and grumpy to my wife and actually mumbled "it's not that hard" under his breath as he left. Wish I'd been in the vicinity so I could have challenged the little squirt!!! And that's not the only occasion we've encountered poor staff attitude in this store

It's too small for the amount of stuff they try to cram in, and still don't have anything I actually wanted. The Nailsea branch is far superior.

Limited selection of fresh produce and fruit after 6.30pm. Also, very often bread, and especially baguettes are underdone.

Great shop. Okay prices. Lovely lovely staff.

I like this store because you always can find there something cheaper than in other places and it will have very good quality. There is lot of good offers too. And I love their roasted apricot & almond tart - it's the best. Another store has something similar, but here the taste is much better. ))

Use this store occasionally as it is very conveniently next to the Orpheus cinema in Henleaze (which is actually above the above the shop) Usually get through quite quickly as I am in and out shopper for this store - I have their store card and if you spend over certain amount then one of the selected papers are free) Quality products and normally have what I need -

Some staff are just rude. Busy gossiping about customers barely hiding the fact. Really disappointing lately. It makes me wonder if I should bother giving them my custom

I would like to thank mandy that went out of her way to help me with a Christmas item ,she gave me a call and even made sure she left the item ready for me . Thanks again means so much .

Smallish waitrose, but we'll stocked throughout. Very convenient. 20% discount on many lines. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Great supermarket but sadly no weekend newspaper left
