Outstanding service provided for orders including small orders. The quality of product also meets the exceptional services provided. Fast delivery and they even a leave message to confirm delivery even when not in. Packaging is superb. As an amateur boat builder, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Next time I have the misfortune to go to Robbins I'll take my lunch and a chair so the time stood waiting isn't wasted. Expensive and slow.

Three months ago, I order three pieces of wood to be cut to size and I have still have not received my order. When I initially placed the order, I was told I would be likely to receive later that day or the very next day at the latest. After several phone calls I have still not received my order or had any indication of when I might receive it. Every time I phone, I am told I will be called back but never do. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very abrupt and not very helpful or understanding. I appreciate there is a pandemic however this is no excuse to be rude or make false claims about when orders will be ready. I would strongly not recommend and will never come here again!

Needed a couple of large oak planks for some internal steps. Price was competitive and Arran Davies was extremely helpful throughout the ordering and delivery process. We were very happy with the timber supplied.

Good for timber of good quality. But service is very slow! Not sure why maybe understaffed!
