If you’re reading this wondering which ground school provider to go with, just go with BGS. The material is high-quality, easily understandable and proven to work. The instructors and the rest of the staff are a delight to meet and chat with and are all extraordinarily knowledgeable in the subjects. Overall, a fantastic training provider that evidently is geared towards offering very high quality training for the student.

The BGS team is very committed to the ATPL learning experience. Instructors are very insightful, classes are designed in a very visual way through presentation and physically seeing the very components that the learning objectives require you to understand.

The app itself is not bad. The content is easily accessible but this only when the app actually works. And here comes the problem. It never does. In 6 months, I had to contact support so many times, wasting a tremendous amount of time. Either the app won't load, or the content itself won't. The app crashes so often that I have to plan an extra time every single week to troubleshoot it, then to contact support, that takes too much time sometimes to reply. I am overall very disappointed by the product.

BGS not only has great quality instructors and support, it's a place that's homely and welcoming to all students by encouraging interaction and communication when a student needs it. The aviation industry can be pretty confusing at times, so having someone to ask many 'stupid' questions to makes it that little bit easier to achieve your goal. I passed my 14 exams after a year of full time work and squeezing in the study where I could, so I couldn't recommened them enough.
