Beautiful variety of plants, trees & flowers from all over the world. Really good name plaques so you can clearly identify what they are which is great to take overseas visitors who are interested in English gardens. Delightful terrace cafe overlooking the pond and gardens

Fascinating gardens and it feels good to spend a few hours among the green!

Absolutely goregous place! I loved being immursed in nature and the wildlife in the heart of Bristol. Definitely would reccomend a visit!

We had a lovely morning walking around the gardens and green house and popped in for cup of tea in cafe amittly cake choice was terrible but maybe because it was Sunday who knows! We found this place through hotel leaflet and are glad we did

Great plants fab food

One of Bristol's hidden gems .... If you can get past the ticket booking process which is needlessly complicated! A lovely way to spend a few hours, kept adults and children engaged and includes lots of interesting plants. One of the highlights was the exceptionally charming and chatty man running the cafe (which provided perfectly acceptable coffee and yummy cakes).

A lovely oasis. The prehistoric section was particularly good, as were the tropical greenhouses.

A great garden with a strong emphasis on information and history. Good for younger children (6+ yrs) and enthusiastic adults.

Beautiful mature gardens which are well tended and clearly labelled for reference purposes. Great place for children to explore too!
