One day I had a pain in my chest. I couldn't breathe properly. I wasn't that worried myself thought it was an allergy or something but I went in and told the receptionist. She was concerned and asked my to return in an hour. I saw the GP there, whatever he did to my spine worked wonders and on leaving I had no pain and I could breathe properly. So, I thought this place was wonderful and the GP was wonderful and the Receptionist was wonderful too. Thank you to you all, in future I will be hiring a painter to do my little jobs for me. Sometimes us tough women needs a man!!!

always a great experience with this GP. appointments can take a while to get, and hence they might not get you someone ideal for your case which can be stressful but they are all very knowledgable and helpful. always quick and easy, never had a problem with these GPs. love the receptionists.

Absolutely terrible receptionist working there! Have had nothing but atrocious attitude from her. When things go wrong she feels no need to be apologetic or sympathetic with the patients. I witnessed it whilst in the que one day, then first hand with myself! Don’t know if it’s the extra weight she carries or ...

It takes absolute ages, about a month now, for my GP to sign a fitness for work letter. When i beg to do it asap as i am at risk of losing my job (as it takes ages), i hear "our doctors are busy, can't help you, soooory!" .

Very lax with patient record security and unpleasant to deal with when complaining.

It's not often I need to see or speak to a GP so I was a little worried about getting appointments etc. Once my issue was flagged as "time sensitive" I was very happy with the help I got from the reception staff and Dr. Manek Thank you.. )

The only GP practice I want to be with. Staff are wonderful ❤️

Receptionists always cheerful and helpful - even during what has been an incredibly demanding year for NHS staff.

Never get through to reception. Have to wait well over an hour to get through.

I’ve always had positive outcomes with this surgery both with the nurse and receptionist.
