It is always easy to book an appointment with Watermill Accounting, have a meeting and ask questions. Deepti will explain concepts by writing them down in front of you, so that you can make notes and understand the various accounting concepts. As an accounting service they offer excellent value for money and will give recommendations.

Not great at all. We used them for our first year and a half of trading and had nothing but issues. Lost count of how many different people worked on our account and they struggled with basic tasks we were paying for - like sending regular invoices (their own), remembering to be in the office for scheduled calls with us, forwarding our mail on, setting up payment journals correctly, or even realising we were clients, not cold callers, when we phoned. When we resigned their services, there was no interest in finding out why. Shame because they seem like nice people, but certainly not a good services partner for an early-stage business.

Absolutely fantastic service. Deepti and the team are fantastic at what they do and have saved me a bunch of money with R&D tax credits.
