Not such a great experience lately. 2019 tax return got "misfiled" and not submitted. Of course there's a fine to pay .. by me. Mistakes happen but very disappointing when you have been active in questioning and reminding in good time. Emails not replied to is another issue. Despite being with Staffords for nearly twenty years sadly I'm going elsewhere for my next venture. Hope they can recover.
