Vibrant atmosphere and very busy when we ate there on December 30th. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from on the menu. Food tasty. Stair lift at Parker's Piece entrance. Two fairly steep steps at the one on Regent Street.

If I hadn't been going for lunch with someone very special, I would have been really disappointed. Service was extremely slow, and waitress had forgotten my side. He loved his pizza, I had chicken salad, but for the price it was mediocre, and tasted as if it had been microwave defrosted. I asked for ice and lemon in my drink and got 3 half melted ice cubes and the tiniest slither of lemon. To be fair the staff looked over-worked and miserable, and guessing underpaid ( sadly not impressed enough to tip) *Management need to manage this restaurant a lot better. Wouldn't go again, but hey ho lots more places to eat with my beloved in the future!

Food is good and it's a nice environment but sometimes the service is SO slow. Nearly missed start of a show because of it. And this is not about the time for food to be prepared which I am happy to wait for.

The restaurant was busy at it was half term and the annual Twilight at the Museum evening was on in the city. We were seated quickly and our waitress was pleasant. There was a bit of a wait for dessert but the restaurant was full and there were some large tables. The food was nice but they didn't have any carrot and cucumber sticks for the children's meal deal starters so provided olives instead, which the majority of children I observed wouldn't eat. My husband said he calzone dough was great but the filling less so. The table water tasted stale and the ladies toilets needed some attention. They had left cleaning product by the sink, the toilet roll dispensers were out of use so large rolls of toilet roll were left on the back of the toilets. Overall a fine evening, good atmosphere and location. We had a lovely evening with our 6 year old.

We had a very poor experience here. Saturday 13:00 with many empty tables, it still took 1 hour for our mains to arrive. Our children were so hungry we almost left. There was also no toilet roll in the toilets and very little chicken in the chicken salad. The waiting staff were kind and sympathetic, but the overall the experience was horrible.

Polite staff who were attentive without being overbearing. It was a busy Friday evening but I didn't feel like we had to wait too long for our food. Tasty pizza and good wine.

Very friendly and quick service! Children had a great time and they were very accommodating towards us. The beautiful fire baking oven blazing away in the background certainly created a nice atmosphere and delicious pizzas!

Really enjoyed the starters but not the mains. Notwithstanding, the host was super nice and warm which made up for the average mains. Would definitely recommend only because of the host and the staff. Lovely people.
