I am so impressed with the level of service from Teka cleaning company. There staff were efficient & thorough & value for money. I will definitely use them again for my next end of tenancy clean.

spoke to kenny, very polite, professional & super knowledgeable. He even pulled over to talk to me and booked my order over the phone. I actually avoided the call from a company who wanted to "phone me back once hes done driving". No way. Kenny is the man & reasonably priced too!

Ordered a cleaner from Teka and I must say i was very impressed from the start to the finish. First of all they have a very user friendly and easy to use website for me to order the required cleaning service that I needed. I had a superb lady who cleaned my house to a standard of a 5* Hotel...Highly recommended and I am using them on a regular basis as of now.

I was really impressed by Teka’s work. It was also very easy to make a booking on their website—everything is set out very clearly. On the morning of the clean I was first of all visited by a member of the team, who made sure that we were in agreement with what needed to be done. The work was then carried out to a very high standard. I was impressed, and I’m sure my landlady will be also! My thanks to Aisha and her team for their attention to detail, their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely use them again.

Most reviews comment on the best elements of the service they've received. This review is a little different, it highlights only what Teka Services doesn't do. They don't cancel their appointments, or arrive late. They don't leave some of the job undone, or poorly done. They don't irritate the residents, or expose them to covid risks. They don't send late or incorrect invoices. They don't contact me unnecessarily. This company will appeal to customers who already have enough friends. They don't want to manage their cleaners. They just want it to happen, while they get on with other things. They want the job done on time, to the highest standard, each and every time. No exceptions. Aysha, our client manager knows this, and she's also always available. I think. But then I haven't needed to contact her. Teka Services supports us with our HMO property business in Cambridge.

I regulalrly use Teka for their service cleans on all of my properties. Not once have I had any feedback short of excellent! Incredible team or hard workers! Great value cleaning company would highly recommend!

I can not stress enough how much you should not use this company. Read their contracts very carefully, they are beyond sneaky. The owner is an awful little man who has no idea how to run a successful business, nor does he know how to be a professional. They will screw you over however they can. Also note, half the reviews are from family members or friends, its all just a ruse to get your business. I wish I never picked up the phone.

Teka provided a great service to clean a property that we had just built. The operatives on site were polite, friendly and covid safe........and the work was carried out to a great standard. And all for the price as quoted too! We would recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable cleaning service
