Is it even possible to rate a service if you spend three days in desperate trials and constant calls to reach a manager? I highly doubt so. If you have a spare week to wait till manager will descend to you, then go on, use this service.

Retained them to clean after short lets - great at first, but customer service got worse and worse as time went on. Managed to lose two sets of bedding and one set of keys, and left the hob on after cleaning one time (fortunately noticed by the next guest who arrived soon afterwards). The quality of the cleaning was fine - no complaints from guests - but owner spends little time looking after his customers.
