Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my partner's suit dry cleaned and stitched (total around £22), upon collection I was told they were unable to get one of the stains off, they don't just redo it as it may drain the colour out of the suit. Usually you have to decide then and there if you want it redone free of charge, however, because she (Trina) knew the suit wasn't mine she said I could come back in a few days to get it re-cleaned free of charge if unhappy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely go again. Another thing that has completely won me over is their latest campaign to dry clean suits as a gesture of good will to those who are unemployed that are looking for work/have an interview. It's the small things like this that make a huge difference in the world and this was such a lovely thing to see.

They do an excellent job washing and ironing shirts. After 10 months of using them I have had no shirts lost or damaged. The staff are quite pleasant. Like almost everything in the UK, laundering charges are stiff here, but about the same as other cleaners. The turn around time for shirts is almost never shorter than a week, a minor issue for me. Joining their loyalty program saves money over the long term.

Very very poor. Took one week to clean a jacket, did not remove the marks on the sleeve, which were not oil or anything like that, the jacket did not even look refreshed. It looked as if they hadn't touched it frankly, and charged me £10.80 for the privilege. When I queried it in the shop they said they had probably put it through a number of times and charged me for that. I have never hear such rubbish! Take your dry cleaning elsewhere.

Very slow turnaround and when it was finally ready to pick up my suit jacket was completely ruined at the front. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service! 3 members of staff behind the counter having a good natter, but only able to serve 1 customer at a time despite the growing queue. Jacket looked like they'd barely touched it, and they still charged me £10. I haven't used Johnson's for years, but they are most convenient location. Will make the effort to go elsewhere in future.
