Very happy with the service we received from Cambridge Kitchens; very accommodating and friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble! Happy to recommend.

Cambridge Kitchens made the whole process of changing the kitchen easy, right through from the design stage to the fitting. They were happy for us to tweak the design until it was exactly what we wanted. Fitting a new kitchen is a huge amount of upheaval, but everyone involved was friendly and and polite. We now have a kitchen that makes the whole room look bigger and most importantly is joy to use.

We posed the designer, Dan, a real problem in asking him to turn a very small room with a shower cubicle and toilet into a wet room suitable for my daughter who has recently become blind. His careful attention to all our requirements together with his vision led to plans that we were delighted with. Whats more, following his advice, we were able to claim exemption from VAT because of my daughter's disability leading to a considerable saving that we would otherwise not have known about. The professionalism of the fitters brought the plans into reality and we couldn't be any happier with the final result. Aftercare was also faultless as a problem that only became apparent after we started using thevqet room was dealt with expeditiously and without any fuss. We have no hesitation in recommending Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms for the quality of their service from start to finish.

So terrible their own workers quit! Timeliness: The project was due to take 6 weeks but took CK 6 months (Aug 2018-Feb 2019), and in the end we still didn’t get the kitchen we paid for with design and measurement errors meaning it couldn’t be fulfilled - our designer Bianca refused to take responsibility.  Service: Disappointingly there was ineffective project management, fitters frequently complained Neil Ali was uncommunicative. We found this to be true when he refused to answer our calls or respond to emails. Problems were compounded by the fact that three CK fitters and a sub-contractor quit CK over the course of our project - all of them complaining about how poorly run the business was.  Quality: Work was often substandard - requiring several visits to re-do - wasting everyone’s time. We asked to discuss the problems with Dylan (owner) who refused to call or meet us. For what is meant to be a fully project managed service, CK dragged their heels throughout and only when we were advised (by their own fitters) to threaten legal action did we see work progress. Clearly, we don’t recommend CK, but if you are tempted to use them our advise would be (1) do not agree to pay the full balance upfront - negotiate stage payments, (2) keep detailed photos/email chains - we were told at several points we would have to pay more for things they had previously agreed to. Finally, note that we were offered money to ‘avoid a bad review’. We refused, you deserve to know.

My kitchen is unusually small and many designers were very half hearted about trying to re-design it to maximise the work surfaces and cupboard space. Erika the designer from Cambridge Kitchens was completely the opposite and worked hard and with great enthusiasm to find the best solution for the space. The fitter, Graham was highly competent, hard working and unfailingly cheerful throughout the installation and all the staff have been outstandingly friendly and helpful during the entire process. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend Cambridge Kitchens.

Excellent quality, bespoke kitchen. Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms, designed, made and installed our bespoke Kitchen following a large extension. We were kept up to date and well informed at every stage of the process, nothing seemed too much trouble and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and polite, especially Neil - who was a fountain of good advice! We are so happy with our dream kitchen, especially as it came from a small, independent Cambridge company! Which are few and far between these days!

These guys are brilliant. They’ve completed 2 kitchens and a bathroom for us over the past 4 years and have just started on another bathroom. Their design service has always been superb, their installers courteous and efficient and their after sales service of a “no fuss, we’ll sort it” nature. Unlike some other businesses we’ve dealt with, their senior managers and owner are extremely accessible and helpful. One of the kitchens (the largest one) was installed whilst we were on holiday for 2 weeks. Just gave them the keys and let them get on with it. Came back to a completed install and very tidy house. Haven’t told them yet but there’s another kitchen and bathroom on the horizon for next year! If you want a one stop shop for everything including building trades these guys are definitely for you.

We have just spent the last 5 months dealing with these people, in relation to 1 en-suite bathroom. Without question, it has been the worst experience of any home improvement company that we've ever had. I'd be here all day if listed out the things that they messed up in the design and supply process - I think the toilet was the only piece of bathroom furniture that we didn't have an issue with! What's worse is that the person that supposedly has oversight of installation is the most obnoxious, unhelpful person I've ever spoken to, and totally incapable of accepting responsibility. The one saving grace is that Cambridge C&B sub-contracted the actual installation of the bathroom to a fantastic local building company, who have worked in extremely difficult circumstances to give us the bathroom that we wanted.

Extremely friendly and professional service. Great quality kitchen. Would definately use them again.

LATE RESPONSES, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY OWNER, CON DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The owner of the business immediately came across rude and entitled, thinking very highly of himself but nothing short of a disappointment in person. No doubt that he is the setback of this company. The workmanship is lazy and overpriced, and I was left with a shabby job and an empty wallet. I had to have additional help to mend the damages done when the company responded arrogantly to my communication about the issues with the service, as I was wanting someone to come back and help free of charge. This company is all about making money off you and don't care about the service. The owner has his own host of issues and is not someone you want to correspond with.
