The hair cut was great but the reason I'm giving 1 star is because the lady at the reception was just so rude to me, she didn't greet me when I came in and she treated me like I was stupid, never had such a bad experience before. I always come here to cut my hair but I'm not coming back again. I don't recommend this place

I love this place, I come here to relax and feel better. I'm always happy with my hairstyle. managers are very nice and helpful hairdressers always listen to me what I want and how I want. I recommend this place for everyone. I love this salon !!

Would give less than 1 star if I could. My girlfriend decided to go from shoulder length bob to a very short masculine haircut. She left, practically in tears after the hair stylist (named Maria) did not listen to what she wanted at all. Despite giving multiple reference photos, Maria preceded to give my girlfriend a 'can I speak to your manager' middle aged woman VERY feminine haircut. To make matters worse, when my girlfriend expressed it was not the haircut she asked for, Maria said 'What you are asking for is a totally different haircut, I have given you what is in the photos.' Basically refusing to fix the haircut to the customers request. She then had the audacity to say if she wanted it fixed, she would have to pay an extra £12! We didn't want to kick up a fuss so paid and left but very dissatisfied and then went to a barbers opposite (Parkers barber) which did a fantastic job of fixing it. Will not be visiting again.

Very good salon and great service. I'm a regular client for couple of years now and I'm very happy. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!

It's a terrible horrible place, avoid going there if you want to be treated decently. It's like a gangster mafia shop. A woman there is a complete bully, the reason for her keeping being that way is that her husband is the shop manager. I've never been to any place ruder than this.

Amazing, wonderful people and the colours they use are exceptional. I have full head highlights (4 colours), haircut and straightening every time - 5 stars, love it!

I've been coming before to Celly's for simple women's haircutting and was always pleased. Today I went to them with overgrown brown roots, with red, purple and even green streaks and so many colours in it and they managed to dye it a beautiful dark brown to grey fade. They listen to your feedback and explain to you what is best to do and what's best for your hair, and all women are professional and pay attention to you and they're communicative. They did a great job colour correcting it and I was very pleased with it.

I've tried lots of hairdressers in Cambridge who have basically given me a boring standard bob style for extortionate prices. However, today I went to Celly's and can quite honestly say stylist Paul gave me the best haircut I have had in years! A bob with proper style and texture, he delivered on what previous hairdressers around Cambridge have n't. Paul has years of salon experience. Spotless salon, friendly staff, £28 for a ladies cut and blow dry. Will definitely be going back. HIGHLY recommend.

Celly's literally saved my hair after bleach disaster! They are so so nice and helpful, and their colourist is a literal angel. I've been to a few salons in Cambridge and this is my favourite for sure. The price is amazing for such a good quality.
