Great selection of cars, we were browsing for a new/used, whatever jumped out to us. It did take a while for one of the salesman to approach us and he did seem to be slightly pushy, but I can understand that in this type of environment. We found a E-Class which looked good, but wasn't quite ready to do something that day. When the salesman knew this,he became rather disinterested (never caught his name)

Ben Lamb from Mercedes Benz Cambridge was really good with us throughout the whole process, offering flexibility despite we changed our mind in several occasions and always going the extra mile to address our requests. The overall experience was really good, communication very smooth and quick at all times, and I would like to thank Ben and the team at Cambridge for this, we are really happy with our new Mercedes Benz!

Great customer service and a wide range of models to physically see. I went there without an appointment but they were quick to deal with me and answer all my questions

Visited today and was disappointed with the customer service experience. The showroom was lovely and the car that I was interested in was available to have a look at, however at no point did any staff acknowledge that I was there, not even a “hello” when we walked through the door and approached the front desk. We spent roughly 30 minutes looking at different cars, but still nobody spoke to us or checked if we needed any assistance.

AVOID THIS PLACE - Took my car in for a service, given incorrect information and pricing, then they broke the sump plug off and refused to rectify the issue. Wanted to charge £355 for a new sump, Ended up having to get a recovery vehicle to get the car taken to a ‘decent’ garage.

My first experience of the service department at Mercedes Benz Cambridge. It proved to be a good one. I was served promptly and professionally. The staff are all very friendly. The car was ready when promised and clean too. The price was reasonable for a main dealer. Recommended.
