Matt and all the team were fantastic - my daughter requires a motorbility car and for the first time in her life she was treated like a queen and the results of her happiness were very visible to all! Car in a glass room with a cover on it saying it was going home today - the uncovering of her car - as well as all the prior customer care - went to make a day she will never forget !

Chris and Mark are an amazing team, very professional, friendly and funny, no chasing guaranteed. Chris arranged a test car as they didn't have our preferred model at that day. Mark was dealing with the test driving and trading our car as deposit. Chris was doing the finances. They made us a very good offer we couldn't resist. We felt very looked after. Brilliant and recommended experience.

I am very satisfied with their service. Very nice and kind with very accurate advices on what car to buy. The salesperson was very patient with all my questions and problems. The only disappointment is that there was no price reduction after negotiation. It doesnt affect on my views about the service of Vindis is absolutely marvellous.

We just purchased a used Golf from Vindis Cambridge. The whole experience was faultless. We were attended to quickly and all the staff were really helpful. Brian Cookson looked after the sale and was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a great deal without too much haggling and was also really thoughtful and bought me a good luck card as I mentioned I was starting a new job. Little touches like that really set a salesman apart. Would 100% recommend.

It was our first time buying a new car! Matthew Keep, at Vindis Volkswagen in Cambridge, was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He could answer all of our questions and advised us in ways that would fit our budget. After test driving one car and working out that this was slightly out of budget, Matthew worked hard to find an alternative option for us. In saying this, we were offered a brand new car (71 plate), which worked out cheaper and nearer our budget than the previous option. This new car suits our needs perfectly and once we had purchased it and signed all of the document, Matthew kept in contact, giving us regular updates until our new car arrived in store for us to pick up. We even received a lovely video, which showcased our new car and its features two days before we picked it up! Upon arrival of collection, Matthew had planned a beautiful reveal/unveiling of our new car, which was a lovely surprise! Matthew provided lots of honesty and we now have a car that is perfect for us! We would highly recommend speaking to Matthew if you are interested in purchasing/leasing a new car.
