John Banks Renault cambridge

Service Dept. Used today, had booked a morning slot then walked to river side (watched the world cycle by), then around retail park. Garage emailed me whem car was ready to collect. Washed car too!

So this must be my 6th Renault I've just purchased from Bradley. I can't help myself i always call other renault dealers but they can NEVER compete with John Banks deals. Can't wait to collect next week and receive another beautiful bunch of flowers... ;-) Highly recommend Bradley at John Banks

Bradley has been fantastic from start to finish in helping us to buy the new Renault Clio! Unfortunately the car wasn’t available on the desired date and so instead they lent us a car so that we could still go on holiday. Great dealership, lovely people. Highly recommend.

Did not follow up on what was promised. Did not buy from them . Sales manager could not look us in the face and totally back tracked. We've now bought a car and a better deal as promised with another dealer. Do not recommend this dealer. Poor customer service and breaks promises.

Truly a great place for everything needed... Start to finish an amazing service, even under the Covid Guidelines they still managed to to make the whole car buying process easy and enjoyable. The only place I have been that claim to be a family business and truly are. Simple little teething problem with the car and the service team had me booked in and sorted straight away... I wouldn't hesitate recommending John Banks to anyone. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and can never seem to do enough for you.. I had dealings with Manny, Brad and Mark Evans, all were fantastic... Thinking of a Renault or Dacia... John Banks is the only place to go as far as I am concerned .. thanks to everyone there.
