I've never experienced such excellent customer service in my life! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, our salesman was Tom Jaikens who provided an outstanding service from start to finish. He listened to any concerns I had, answered questions thoroughly and moved on only until he knew I understood completely. He sold us some extra options which I'm very happy with such as the exterior protection which has been useful this week. A great salesman. I absolutely love my car, made all the better by such a fabulous experience. I feel confident that the car will continue to be looked after well by them in years to come. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent!

Purchased an NX300H unseen using PCP for the first time. From start to finish, everyone at Lexus Cambridge was extremely helpful but a special thanks to Thomas J who could not have been more reassuring or have made the experience more positive and straightforward. And to Terry, who delivered the car to Glasgow for us, and who made it feel like it had been no bother at all. Service second to none made more special by its rarity in my experience. Really nice welcome when we arrived, the receptionist was lovely. Our salesman was called Alex Milne and he was brilliant from start to finish, answered all our questions and really made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Great dealer with fantastic service, staff are very friendly would definitely reccomend visiting if you are considering a lexus as your next car. As for the cars themselves they are superb and have one of the highest ratings for reliability, I've had mine for 6 months with no issues what so ever and the car runs perfectly.

I needed to but a new car quickly. Having brought my last 2 cars from Lexus, decided to buy another one. Mohammed, the salesman, was very helpful, and I was treated with the utmost respect and dealt with very well (I can be difficult!). Mohammed was very new to the company and managed very well. I think he just needs a little more training on some aspects of the cars. A lovely car, but I didn't expect anything less. I would recommend Lexus Cambridge.

Couldn't have received better service or follow up. Chris, Aaron, Tom and the lovely lady that made us a coffee were all amazing. Won't be going anywhere else.
