I was advised to come here as they were professional and I wrong. Also if your going to gossip about patients and Thier teeth or how annoying they are make sure no other patients can hear... I'm disappointed... They were kind enough to rearrange and told me the wrong time... So wasting my time and no apology was given instead I was told to go and come back... A simple apology would have been nice

Had a filling replaced and gum got infected, these things happens I guess but thats not why I’m leaving this bad review, I went back and she told me the infection would go on it’s own, no antibiotics and I was taking paracetamol like they were sweets. This went on for two weeks I went back twice and she still wouldn’t look into the infection further and she was more concerned with nhs audit then helping me with the pain. After losing sleep and having few days off work with the pain, my face and jaw swelling to a point I was suffering from migraines, I went to another dentist and they drilled my tooth there and then to let the infection come out which was instant relief and the pain went straight away, a course of antibiotics and booked in for a root canal. She told me I couldn’t have root canal and I should see a hygienist, I told this to my new dentist and they laughed and told me that wouldn’t do anything.

I an a very nervous patient, but Dr. Williamson completely put me at ease. He was very professional and did the necessary work quickly and completely pain free. I will certainly be coming back to him for check ups and not be afraid if any further treatment is necessary.

My 8 yr old daughter has autism and gets very nervous about any sort of examination. Due to sensory issues surrounding teeth brushing she had developed a couple of holes in her baby teeth. Cam (the dentist she has seen a couple of times) and the dental nurses have gone above and beyond to make visits a positive experience for her so that she has developed trust with them making for smooth and stress free visits. I am unable to put into words how much of a difference this makes to both my daughter and myself. I am truely grateful.

Every staff in the practice has been extremely helpful and friendly, had really great experience with all my visits.

I recently paid £387 deposit to have white fillings put in by Mr Winto plus teeth whitening and I am very unhappy with how I was treated. He was very rough with my mouth, took too long to fit the metal cap on my tooth and caused me to have some bleeding and sores on my cheeks in my mouth while putting in the white fillings. I couldn't eat on the side he worked on for about a week. I complained but as expected no one took responsibility as it was their word against mines and their response was that I bit my cheek whilst it was numb. However even though the area he injected with the anaesthetic was numb, I did not bite my cheek. You can still feel yourself biting yourself even if your gums are numb. They have only refunded me for the teeth whitening I cancelled and it wasn't the full amount. I will be leaving this dentist and joining a better one. Don't recommend.

Some weeks ago I was given an appointment for today at 9am, I arrived in the morning and was told my appointment had been cancelled as my dentist has left the practice. I wasn't told my appointment was cancelled until I showed up today after doing my own arrangements to be able to attend. An email or call letting me know at least 24h in advance would have been nice as I spent an hour to arrive to the practice for nothing. Now the next available appointment is in three weeks, but considering what has happened today I'm not sure I trust I will see my dentist on that day neither...

Went to have a tooth out and was told it wasn't that day I was seeing the hygienist that day so I was very confused .The receptionist was very helpful and sorted it out and I had both so I was very happy .Dentist great as usual and the hygienist was lovely .Thank you everyone

I have been a patient of Judy the dentist for some years and would highly recommend her. The reception staff are very helpful, infact Stacey went to some trouble to rearrange my appointment due to a last minute problem. Thank you
