I was anxious about having my bottom two wisdom teeth removed but Dr Prem Nair was absolutely wonderful. So quick and reassuring throughout. I didn't catch the name of the nurse but she was brilliant also. Thank you so much

I am a horrendous dental patient. My anxiety is ridiculous. This morning, after already missing an appointment due to the worry , I saw a wonderful gentleman who removed my broken wisdom tooth. He was wonderful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. The reception staff are kind and calming and the dentist himself was very professional and listened to my fears. I never once felt pressured. THANK YOU! (Im sorry I cried so much!)

Fantastic dentist, but the booking/admin side has let us down. My wife's appointment was cancelled due to covid just before the first lockdown. I was told we would be contacted and everyone rebooked in order. When I called I was told no, that hadn't happened, and everything is now fully booked - the next appointment would be 4 months away.... meaning my wife goes without dental treatment for 2 years. Disappointing.

Please pass on my thanks and gratitude to Prim and his team for helping me with my broken tooth, although it's never a pleasant experience I appreciated his calmness and commentary throughout my extraction All the best
