Cambourne Dental Clinic cambridge

Avoid. I was very ill, had to cancel the day before, then got a snotty letter from them about how I hadn't given them enough notice but they would graciously not charge me this time. How was I supposed to schedule being ill? The hygienist is nice but the dentist is patronising and seems to think she can tell me off as if I'm 4 years old. I will not be going again. Also, they never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message.

45 years of being afraid of the dentist gone in one visit for a tooth extraction. Joel and his team are awesome, experienced and caring people. Thanks for a perfect service.

I am a very nervous patient after the usual (1970's) childhood trauma. Jose is fantastic, he really puts me at ease. His manner makes the whole process bearable and I really can't recommend him highly enough. I am currently undergoing some treatment (Feb 18) and I really would not want to go anywhere else. I normally hate going to the dentist but had no problems today. Joel is fab, everything was fully explained and not rushed at all. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and modern surgery too. Highly recommended.

All the treat treatment I have received from Cambourne Dental Clinic has been second to none. Every member of staff is always polite and extremely efficient. All the procedures I have required have been explained thoroughly before going ahead with. All the Dentist's have worked, after the first lock down, in very challenging circumstances. I am fortunate having been registered with the Clinic form 15 years. I would thoroughly recommend it. Patricia Allan

I would have given 0 stars if I had the option. I was suppose to have a toot extracted on the 9/12/21, however the dentist was unable to attend work on the day. Which is fine, these things happen and I understand. However the issue I have is that I am in severe pain, on my third round of antibiotics and still awaiting a call back from the practice manager to try and get me booked in with one of the other dentist. I was promised a call back on the 6/12/2021. This has not happened, I have been chasing for a week now with a promise of a call back on a daily basis. I have always thought that Cambourne Dental provided a good level of service to their patients, however this past week's experience have left much to be desired. It does not take a lot to pick the phone up to inform patients that they are working on a solution as the appointment was cancelled due to no fault of my own. I chased again this morning to be told the practice manager will call during lunch, I am yet to receive that call as well. Disgusting customer service and a truly disappointing experience from Cambourne Dental on this occasion

We have been coming here since my kids were toddlers so about 12 years. They have been with Jose for the majority of that time, and he is so lovely and softly spoken they are very comfortable with him. They were especially good when my youngest tripped and knocked off a large section of front tooth - got him in for a same day emergency appointment - he'd never had an injection before at that point but Jose put him at ease and did a great job. Sometimes long standing appointments get cancelled last minute which is annoying but these things happen and we are generally offered another appointment close to the original. The equipment is fab and modern and everything is super clean.

I have attended this Dental Clinic for a few years. The receptionists are all efficient and helpful. My dentist, Jose Lacerda, is amazing. He is the kindest dentist. He always takes time to discuss your required treatment, then explains all the processes as he carries out the dental work and is highly skilled. Jose Lacerda is the best dentist that I have ever had and I highly recommend him.

Friendly, welcoming, exemplary service. Takes the worry away from a visit the dentist. I recommend this practice highly.
