Went for a consultation for Invisalign. Felt very rushed and not a personalised service at all - it felt like the same presentation for everyone, they gave me around 5 minutes of their time and then immediately gave me a quote of 4.5k. When I queried the cost as my teeth aren't particularly bad there was no chance of reducing the price based on my individual requirements. Decided to go Market Hill Dentist in Royston instead, who gave me a full 45 minute consultation, talked me through all the options and have quoted £2.7k as they say I would be eligible for Invisalign "lite". Why was that not an option here? I would not recommend going to Cambridge Orthodontic Practice unless you were under the NHS - they are knowingly ripping people off.

Treated as an adult a few years ago : doctor is unfriendly, always in a rush and more importantly, hasty treatment that did a lot of harm to my gums. Teeth unaligned very quickly despite wearing night container. Very unsatisfying.

Can't recommend COP highly enough. My son's both needed braces we are now at the retainer stage after a couple of years. The work they have done is excellent. The practice is extremely professional, helpful, friendly and kind. Wouldn't hesitiate to recommend for orthodondic work but, get in early they are good so, they are busy.

Terrible service and the team are rude and unethical. The lead orthodontist Wiltus Botha stopped my braces treatment too early, leaving my bottom set of teeth completely misaligned with my top set of teeth. I am having to undergo another treatment with a different practice to fix the mess. The dental assistants make passive aggressive comments about you under their breath and deny it when confronted. Really shockingly bad service all round - AVOID.

I finally got an answer from a referral more than a year after with an appointment in June 2020. It was cancelled due to Covid. I was told to wait. In Sept, I rang and was told still a back log. When I rang again in November I was told they were taking no new clients and I was off the list. I sent an email with photos with my son's mouth. He has 3 rows of teeth in some areas, terrible over crowding and in pain, these people didn't answer my email. As I understand they are still open. This is not the sort of treatment I expect from a professional establishment. Update June 2021: A year on from the original appointment that never happened and no contact since either. I am at another and they are friendly and efficient.
