Dr Katharine Chiu cares deeply about the quality of her work, and always involves me in any decisions-making. In one word, she is FANTASTIC!! The rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Dr Katherine Chiu is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever had. She explains proposed treatment most concisely, and her work on my teeth and partial dentures has been faultless. I would recommend Dr Chiu to anybody.

I had an NHS check up and some treatment at this practice and it could not have gone smoother. I am a very nervous patient and my dentist made me feel very comfortable and involved in my treatment. I needed root canal treatment and a filling and within these treatment appointments my dentist made sure that i was comfortable and he explained everything he was doing and what he would be doing next. The lady on reception is also very good. She efficiently booked me the appointments and explained all the prices to me. She also listened and reassured me when i started blabbering on about how nervous i was! The only negative thing about the practice would be the waiting times for appointments. I highly recommend this practice!

I was merely having a sensitive molar, but was advised to redo an old filling. Within a month after the filling redone when I was abroad on holiday, severe headache occurred... Eventually I had to go through with a root canal, even now still risks may have to have the tooth removed. Will never return to this dentist again!

If I could give zero ratings I would!! It's only now that I have switched to a proper dental practice that cares about their patient's teeth, that I have realised what a botched job they have done to my mouth in the time I have been a patient at this practice. I had a filling done in March to my top left hand molar, this was quite a big filling and needed a 45 minute appointment. The appointment was rushed as they were running 5 -10 minutes late. When I did eventually get seen, there was quite a bit of tension between the dentist and the agency dental nurse, as it was her fault they were running late. The filling was done so badly and rushed , I suffered a lot of pain and had to go back the following week as I could barely clench my teeth together. For some bizarre reason, they put a flimsy temporary filling and told to come back if I was still in pain. Surprise surprise, I was still in pain, so went back again. This time my usual dentist was on holiday so saw another dentist. He clearly knew I needed a Root Canal but fobbed me off twice with a diagnosis of sensitive teeth and I had to pay £60 a 10 minute consultation. A total and utter rip off! I was in so much pain I ended up travelling 60 miles to my husband's dentist in London who did a Root Canal immediately and was shocked at the shoddy treatment I had received. I will never ever go back to this dental practice.

I visited both the dentist for a check-up and the hygienist for a cleaning session. The dentist was very friendly and professional, the hygienist was very delicate and both explained everything so I was always made aware of what they were doing. Their assistants were excellent too, putting me at ease immediately. Very happy with the service and I felt very welcomed.

Woke up last Friday in alot of pain and the right side of my face very swollen. Rang the practice and I can't thank them enough for fitting me in on the day and getting me out out pain. It has taken me many years to find practice that I trust and they put me such ease even with my dental phobia. Thank you to all the team there, you do an amazing job.

I receive fantastic dental care from Pietro at the practice. I am particularly delighted with the bridge that I now have. It has made a huge difference to me and his professionalism, care and skill are second to none. I thoroughly recommend.

It's taken me a long time to find a GOOD dentist but I reckon have now at Bupa Dental Care. ALL the staff are courteous, polite, welcoming warm and friendly. My dentist is Pietro Mannino and I feel lucky to have found him - he is one of the Best!

Visited today for the first time and have to say everything went very smoothly, very well organised and very clean. Will definitely tell friends and family to give them a look
