Really helpful and beautiful jewellery

Catherine Jones jewellery was the first shop we visited when looking for our engagement ring. We were served by Daniel who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We actually ended up buying a ring in our own home city as we had been visiting Cambridge but would recommend CJ.

Really unpleasant experience. The beautiful rings in their window display made me want to go inside and browse for a birthday gift. However, I was met by some really condescending members of staff who were really quite unpleasant about the fact I was carrying a beverage and after having been in the store for some time they then insisted on taking my temperature (quite an odd process, as it makes sense to do this on the door before someone enters?). Quite disappointing customer service, as it takes nothing to be welcoming - I hope this was a one off!
