As always friendly staff, always a great to buy products from Fraser Hart/ window shop.I was served by Jack and look forward to owning a new Tag soon.

I had to purchase a Retirement watch and Fraser Hart were one of three jewellers that sold it.From the initial phone call,to the final purchase the very friendly manor ,yet professional approach from Melanie (who took my initai call as well) was a breath of fresh air in the retail sector.I also noticed that this was the same with the other members of staff who were serving. I would recomend the cambridge branch not only for the above but,for thier product knowledge and Nothing is to much trouble attitude.

We had a brilliant experience with Ronan Kenny , he was superb he went above and beyond to ensure my twin boys got the TAG watches that they wanted . He was very patient and pitched the whole experience perfectly, my husband doesn’t enjoy shopping but Ronan was brilliant so made it enjoyable for all . He is very knowledgeable on the products and I really can’t thank him enough for all what he has done . I would recommend Fraser Hart and I would book an appointment with Ronan . I would definitely return to buy further products and I would request Ronan

Excellent service. Picked up my Tudor watch today and over the moon. Ronan Kenny is great very professional and will be back for other watches in time. Brilliant overall. Highly recommend.
