Shoegarden cambridge

The clogs depicted are awesome! They look as winter clogs, however while I was wearing them during these Cambridge sunny days, I can say that they will keep your feet fresh every season!

Probably the best customer service I've experienced in years! I originally ordered a pair of slippers from Shoegarden in October last year (~4 months ago), I was very happy with the speed I received them and the slippers themselves. However, they developed a fault and I emailed Shoegarden to explore my options. I was contacted by Claire of Shoegarden within a few hours, she was very helpful and spoke to me on the phone to discuss the issue and ask what I would like to do about it. Within 2 days I had a new replacement pair of slippers on my feet, and it would have been next day if I had made my mind up a bit faster! Overall I've had a really positive experience with Shoegarden and would definitely recommend them, excellent customer service.

I was contemplating 3 different brands of slippers, one from Germany, one from Austria and one from Denmark. My positive experience commenced immediately with the response from Shoegarden customer service, in fact, they were the only ones to reply cearly and quickly . I placed my order and within a few days my slippers arrived. This was a very quick and efficient transaction, thank you. I must add however, that luckily for me the size I chose was correct. Other makers of similar products offer a totally free returns policy, unlike yourselves. I can state catagorically that if the two other companies had a more transparent and efficient customer service and had replied as quick as you did, I would have chose them over yourselves. I'd consider looking again at your returns policy.

Cloggs arrived today after looking online for the perfect shoes as I have pins in my foot so I need something wide fitting. The staff were so helpful over the phone to me . Love the cloggs and colour grey. Thanks will be shopping with you again very soon .
