Your never going to find such an amazing team of staff, who are definitely dedicated to the jobs and knowledge of leather, the care of shoes and what you as the buyer want to purchase. They went out of their way and sat down and spoke about each shoe and what other opinions you could have an how each shoe should fit and feel. Honestly I'll be going back there 100%!!

Good choice of footwear and excellent service.

I am exceptionally disappointed by the lack of service. I ordered shoes online for next day delivery. Three days later they had still not been delivered either to me at home or to the shop. When I complained in store, the assistant put me on the phone to customer services, who then went on to blame me for the delay! The service was terrible, and their attitude was worse! I feel like I never want to buy anything from them ever again. I would give zero stars but there is no option to do this......

Fashionable but sensible shoes.

Appalling quality!! They come across as an upmarket brand competing with good quality brands like Loake. I bought a pair and it wasn't long and they were falling to pieces! Never buying again!
