Clarks cambridge

The shoes are good but very overpriced and why on earth (and this has been confirmed by shop staff) their sizes are two sizes different from any other shoe shop is s mystery. My son is a size 10 in all his shoes. In Clark's size 10 are like clowns shoes and he has to have size 8.

Bought my daughter shoes after having her feet measured and now 3 weeks later they are too small for her !! Never again!! Newmarket store have much better service!

Sarah was excellent. We were in the shop for over an hour dealing with our three children and she was extremely patient! Thank you Sarah!

Very disappointed today, the young assistant really didn't seem to know what she was doing. I got all my children's shoes from this store and now need shoes for my granddaughter but I really didn't feel confident that the assistant could fit her shoes properly. My daughter felt the same so we came away empty handed, such a shame as I always had confidence in the assistants years ago whilst having my children's shoes fitted. Don't know if they are not trained like they used to be what but she really didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing.

Good range of shoes. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They collect old shoes for recycling too.

This shop is not open until 5.30 pm. They close at 5:25 pm. As we just discovered as they closed the gates in our face.
