Started training here just over a month ago. Awesome team, all very friendly and super helpful/patient with beginners. Phil is highly skilled and a great instructor.

Beginners classes are welcoming and helpful, especially for people starting it as day 1. Phil is a great instructor and beginners can pick up each layer of detail at their own pace. The team is great and encourages awareness for each others safety. So much to learn, so many questions but open mat sessions are available too. BJJ has helped me personally physically and mentally. (Lost covid weight and Xmas weight) My BJJ journey has only just begun and I'm looking forward to the future training sessions.

For anyone wanting to try ju jitsu but a bit anxious about it, like I was, Axis is fantastic at welcoming newcomers and beginners. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
