Attended an Introductory meditation class. The teaching is really good with well-planned lessons, handouts and audio files so well worth the money. Oddly, the 'silent' meditations sessions themselves can be interrupted by inane conversations outside and even requests about cars in the car park! which was rather unexpected, so I hope they will manage to sort that out.

I have had the honour of attending the Living Life with Full Attention course and online retreats. The teaching, kindness and care is extraordinary and generous, delivered in a safe space. I'm very grateful for the centre and those who work there.

A good place to learn meditation, Buddhism, mindfulness based stressed reduction which is paid for by donations rather than a fixed price. So helpful if you want to learn but are short of money.

I go to CBC regularly, and have done a number of courses, attended their drop in meditations and also gone on retreat. I find the members of the centre and teachers incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generally positive to be around. I’ve learnt a lot from going and have managed to develop and deepen my meditation practice as well as implement aspects of every day mindfulness with their support. If you have any interest in Buddhism, meditation or mindfulness I highly recommend checking out either their drop ins or courses. Despite Covid, many things are still running online.

Nice and friendly people, they have a variety of courses and donation based open classes. The centre is well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere. Went there for yoga and meditation open classes. Would definitely recommend the meditation class - they have beginner's class as well -, but the yoga was not to my taste (I prefer more dynamic classes). Also no need to be a Buddhist to attend in case you wondered:)
