This place used to be fantastic. Massage was average. The girl who did my massage had long nails and scratched my back which wasn’t pleasant. Overpriced and not very clean of late. Other places offer better value for money and a better massage. Such a shame as this place used to be fabulous.

My little piece of heaven after a busy day at work. Love the gym as it’s generally quiet and has an exclusive vibe. Staff all friendly and happy to help. Oh, and chilling out in the jacuzzi after a tough workout is a real treat. Thank you!

Very poor I'm afraid. Visited for a half day spa package. Paid £140 for a very basic face and body treatment where I wasn't even asked what my skin type I was. The pressure was average throughout and as my friend and I had the same treatment, we compared notes after and our treatments were different. I didn't even get a foot massage when she did. We arrived 90 minutes before our treatment to enjoy our half day experience which we struggled to fill. The jacuzzi was so small you had to queue to get in as with the steam room and sauna. And there wasn't even a mediation room or relaxation area to enjoy a Glass of Prosecco. Hygiene levels were not great here either. To sum it up, we felt a little ripped off here for what we paid and would not recommend this.

I attended the spa yesterday for a Pregnancy Combination treatment. It was a beautiful 80 minute treatment and I loved every second of it. I saw Oliwia who was an extremely friendly and professional therapist. The service she provided was of very high quality. Thank you very much, I will be back :-).

I've occasionally come here because they have short notice availability for massage. For the price there's a huge variation in quality though. There are some brilliant massage therapists here but also some who are really poor. At £88 for 50 minutes you shouldn't have to worry that you're going to come out of the massage in more pain than you went into it. I won't be coming back.

Extremely dishonest establishment. Continues charging you for membership long after termination. After acknowledging their mistake, the people in charge ask you to bring in all your documents and tags etc 'for processing' before they can issue you a refund. After which you never hear from them again, and since you've already handed them all your proof you are left without recourse.
